Stage 1 – Booking & Confirmation
- Check availability on the Sleep&Go website or on Booking.com.
- Confirm availability with the Sleep&Go host.

Stage 2 – Online Check-in
- Open your reserved apartment page and complete the online check-in form.
- Submit the form and press “Send via WhatsApp”.

Stage 3 – App Installation & Access Activation
- Download the Homematic IP app (Android / iOS).
- Install the app and follow the initial setup steps.
- Scan the QR code provided by Sleep&Go.
- Notify the host to confirm the access. The confirmation usually takes about 30 seconds.
- Enter your user name (your name).
- After completion, access is usually activated within approximately 2 minutes.

Stage 4 – Open Doors in the App
- In the app, go to Sleep&Go → Entrance / your room.
- Press the unlock button for:
- the main entrance door
- your apartment door
- (if applicable) parking gate

Stage 5 – Use from Inside
- From inside, doors are locked/unlocked by pressing the corresponding buttons on the smart lock.
Important rules:
• The QR code and app access are personal and must not be shared.
• Access is valid only during your reservation; it is disabled automatically at check-out.
