This notice explains how Sleep&Go Transit Rooms (the Data Controller) processes your personal data when you use our Self Check-in form and/or contact us for bookings.

• ✔ ID/Passport image (photo uploaded via the form)
• ✔ Signature (captured on screen in the form)
• ✔ Minimal technical data (e.g., submission date/time)

3. Purposes & legal bases

• ✔ Managing accommodation and self check-in (Art. 6(1)(b) – performance of a contract / steps at your request)
• ✔ Legal compliance (Art. 6(1)(c) – legal obligation, where applicable)
• ✔ Security / fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest, e.g. protecting the property)
• ✔ Operational communication (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) – confirmations, access instructions)

The ID/Passport photo and signature are used for accommodation formalities, identity verification, access-related communication, and/or compliance with applicable legal requirements.

4. Data sharing

Your data may be accessed only by authorised staff and/or service providers (e.g., email hosting / form services), under confidentiality and data processing agreements. We do not sell your data.

5. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and as required by applicable laws.

The uploaded ID/Passport photo and the signature are stored securely only for as long as needed for the purposes described above and/or as required by applicable legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
